Contact by email
When you contact us by email, your details (email address and content of the message) including any contact details you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

MailPoet (Subscriptions & Newsletters)
On our website, we offer the option to sign up for updates or the newsletter. We use the MailPoet plugin for this.

  • Data: The data collected is that which you enter into the registration form (typically your email address).
  • Double Opt-In: To ensure that sign-ups are made by the actual owner of the email address, we use the double opt-in procedure. You will receive a confirmation email after signing up.
  • Storage: The data is stored in our website database. MailPoet sends emails using their own sending service (if configured) or our server.
  • Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Your data will then be deleted, unless there are statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
  • Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Technically necessary data (server log files)
